A portrait documentary of the artist, Julia Lusser. This film focuses on the reinvention of the self, through the mediums of mould-making and photographic filmmaking, respectively the main tools of Julia and the director. It combines a metacinematic line of the director casting a mould of the artist to produce a facsimile of her in this film, with a search and interpretation exercise of ordinary objects and their meanings, and an interrogative section where the crew challenges the artist’s grasp on who she is.
