Camila falls out with her nihilistic best friend, Julien, over the course of their summer trip. As she explores the searing Italian town on her own, she comes across unwanted love freely proffered by strange men. Over the phone, sounds of a Scandinavia storm howls as she discusses unloving fathers and unreached destinations with her future date, Axel.
